David Lomeli joined The Dallas Opera in July of 2014 as Artistic Coordinator. In June of 2015 he was promoted to Associate Artistic Administrator. In April of 2016, David was promoted to Casting and Hart Institute for Women Conductors Manage where he assisted Music Director Emmanuel Villaume with Casting and Artistic Planning . While being the first manager of the Hart Institute for Women Conductors (HIWC), the HIWC effectively recruited more than 400 conductors from more than 30 countries in the world and 50 US Administrators.
