Innovation: Human-Centered Design Thinking

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Opera is a human-centered art form, created by and for people. Too often, though, productions and performances are treated like "products" to be sold in the entertainment "marketplace." Design thinking focuses on serving the needs of people through listening, exploring alternative solutions, testing and tinkering with programs, listening again, and tossing away what does not meet specific needs. This session examines process frameworks that support different human-centered design objectives.
