The lifetime trajectory of an audience member can cross multiple departments: community engagement, marketing, box office and development. The pressure to achieve departmental revenue goals, however, often means that marketing and development department staff lose sight of larger objectives of creating a unified patron experience. In this session panelists share how they are working to align their companies’ marketing and fundraising strategies to the benefit of their bottom lines and patron relationships.
