As the core mission of opera companies expands to include community connectivity and audience engagement beyond the main stage, quantifying “success” is more challenging. A panel of professionals from both in and outside the opera field will discuss how they have defined success in community-engagement initiatives and methods for effective program assessment and evaluation.
