Michelle Myers is a passionate arts administrator with more than 10 years of experience in supporting the arts. As the Associate Director for Strategy and Organizational Development at Opera Theatre of Saint Louis (OTSL), she works with the company’s Board of Directors and oversees the company’s strategic planning and special projects. In addition, she manages several special constituent groups, including the Intermezzo Society for the next generation of donors and corporate leaders, and the National Patrons Council. She is also responsible for stewarding the company’s 300-member Volunteer Guild, in addition to endowment and planned giving donors. During her time at OTSL, Michelle has implemented many innovative and successful new projects and strategies to support the success of the company’s mission. Michelle received her B.A. in Music Business from Southern Illinois University. She is an alumnus of the Emerging Leaders program at FOCUS St. Louis and a member of the 2016 class of OPERA America's Leadership Intensive.
